500 Blocks per 24 hrs ICE BLOCK PLANT We invite you to send a representative from your company to visit our manufacturing facility and inspect our prototype plant in operation at our site. We produce ice block, and sell in the local market and our system has been in operation for over 10 years with minimal maintenance and trouble free.

Our systems are preassembled with all electrical and Freon piping prewired and pre piped, you only need to hook power and water supply to fill ice cans and you are in business. Only two non skilled operators are needed to operate and harvest 250 blocks per 12 hr shift.

This unit includes one 12x2.30 meter skid mounted Salt ice bath with two 20 hp Freon 404 air cooled condensing unit, with overhead crane and capacity of 250 ice blocks. The skid mounted unit is capable of producing 250 blocks per 12 hours. All electrical and Freon wiring and piping is preassembled and this unit only needs to be hooked to electrical power supply and water supply in order to run.


1-Salt ice bath made of steel frame and marine type plywood with heavy fiber glass thermal insulation and hand laid fiber glass resin, chemical and salt resistant in contact with salt water. Heavy duty rubber paint and anti-oxidation paint for steel frame. Size: 8.5x2.3m

2- TWO Freon 404 air-cooled condensing units US made by Copeland co. 20 hp each complete with oversize fan and condenser. Unit is made for hot environment with suction receivers, oil pressure, high and low pressure, and overload protection. Industrial type receiver, filters, sight glass

3- TWO Vaporizer unit inside salt bath each made of copper tubes complete And pre piped Freon filled to the condensing units. Copper tubing is European made silver welded for salt resistance.

4- Over head crane complete with beams for lifting ice blocks in and out of ice bath .

5- 250 Galvanized steel 2.7 mm thick ice block cans. 17x17x100cm with 2cm tapper at the end to reach 15x15x100. Approximate weight of Ice block is: 20 to 25 KG

6-Electrical control panel complete and prewired, all electrical components are Japanese made (Mitsubishi)

7- TWO Thermostat system for controlling the running of the unit

8- TWO Circulation pumps stainless steel seal less type for circulation of salt water.

9- TWO Agiators for continuous circulation of salt ice
