CREAM SECTION

All contact parts made of SS 3 16 & Teflon Quality material. All pipelines are electro polished from inside and joints are easy open able and fitting after cleaning. Complete lid lifting arrangement to facilitate cleaning at the time of product change over. Specially semi-contra designed anchor stirrer with flexible Teflon scrapers. Mixing principles are matching with international standards. Variable speed drive provided for main anchor stirrer assembly for different speeds. All transfer are done through vacuum to avoid any hand touch & contamination. Bottom entry & angular homogenizer provided to ensure high shear emulsification & homogenization of the product. Specially designed inline filters can also be provided to ensure proper filtration. After mixing less than 10 microns globule size is easily available in cream products.
