Automation by providing electro pneumatic control panel ensure properpasteurizing and also unpasteurized product is returned to product balancetank, Complete with temperature recorder, mimic diagram, pressure andtemperature controller and audiovisual alarm system. Can be designed andsupplied to meet process and product needs.

Gaskets:Gasket materialcommonly used are Nitrile, Ethylene-propylene (EPDM), Butyl, Silicon rubber withstandard water sterilization  insure complete, sealing & preventcross leakage between product & services liquid. Sanitary type iscontinuously bonded to the heat transfer surface. Gaskets are used to seal theedges of the plate and form the flow passages, thus insures completesegregation for the process fluids. The high quality gaskets are fitted in toPHE plates by using adhesive.

Plate Material : Plates are mainly available instainless steel AISI-304 / 316 Quality. Titanium plates are also available forspecial applications.

 Construction: Construction: The supporting framefor the plate pack will be of self-supporting design. Frame, pressure andintermediate box is clouded in stainless steel as appropriate. The plate packframe is of multi bolt tightening design and provision for expanding thecapacity when required.

Connection: Union of SMS, IDF, or DINStandards.

Capacity: A wide range of a capacity from 500 LPH.to 10,000 LPH

Regeneration Efficiency: 95  percentage  
Standard scopeof supply includes, float balance tank, feed pump, flow regulating valve,control panel and interconnecting piping. Connection can be providing fortapping product for Filtration Separation and Homogenization at appropriatetemperatures. The plants to monitor hot & cold temperature of productsensuring proper pasteurizing. Provision of holding tube. Heating of products iscarried out by a hot water set as per customer requirement.
