WET OPENER MACHINE

The wet opener machine is designed to fix. The knitted fabrics by spreading widthwise the ringles of the fabrics by means of double freeding after dyeing and squeezing procedure. Machine is feeding to witdh and long of fabric by pattern system with driver from different 4 whells that is controlled by Inverter. Machine is useing easily by automatic speed control. Fabric opening unit and fabric feeding unit are controlled from different motors. Opening fabric transport with a PVC band that is adjustment by stepless speed setting Inverter. Machine is open and closed to pressure roller by pneumatic on off piston. Machine all of unit are manufacture from St 37 material and are painted with private gofre dye. All of surface that is connected with fabric surface are manufacture stainless stell.
