The Dial Wheel will have characters from A-Z, 0-9, and .-/ & in 1.6, 2 & max. 3 mm sizes.
The table then can be shifted to the next line to a pre-set distance and the markings can be continued.
The marking plate is set on the machine table, the unique dial wheel is adjusted for the required character to be marked and marking head is pressed down manually to create clear impression on the plate. The machine plate automatically advances by one character after every marking.
Marking costs are considerably lower for low volume accurate and precise marking jobs. The machine is trouble free and maintenance free.
