I. Carriage They are professionally hand scraped and matched guideways. Longitudinal slide move in Oil dtp Batch ensure smooth, high long lasting accuracy.
II. Wheel Head Ultra Precision hardened nitralloy spindle (grease packed for long life) runs in anti friction bearings and directly driven by flange mounted motor (to eliminate any vibration) through flexible couplings. Its production and testing passes through rigorous inspection at manufacturing stages to ensure smooth and trouble free running and sensitivity essential for extra ordinary finish.
III. Microfeed System The Vertical Central Hand Wheel dial is graduated in 0.001 mm and has floating "Zero" setting for convenience of the Operator. The Micro-Feed movement Knob allows 0.002 mm increment in Hand Feed.
IV. Standard Equipment Diamond dresser with holder, Microfeed for elevator, Spanner for Wheel change and Wheel adopter puller.
V. Optional Equipment at and extra cost Magnetic chuck, Balancing stand, Work light, Radius dressing attachment, Coolant pump with tank and Microfeed for Cross Slide.
