The concept of machine and the software are very advanced and with the experience of over 5000 users built into it, in order to ensure the easy unfolding of special sheet metal fittings, with exactly the seams and connectors that the industry user can choose and change to his liking.

The way it works: You simply choose one of the programs in the very large ready made program library (over 800), and give it your outside dimensions and how many you want, after that the system takes care of everything from the unfolding to the documentation as well as the cutting and the right speeds for achieving the best cut result in the material you want to cut, it even saves you about 30 % material because of its Ultranest grafical nesting program.

You can cut: galvanised/black steel/aluminium/stucco/stainless/brass/copper other materials are also possible.

Up to a thickness 0,4-15 mm limited by the installed power unit

Cutting machine with cutting area 1500 x 3000 mm

Complete with cutting table but without exhaust suction box, the pipes and ventilator. Sicodan will supply the complete drawing for the customer to manufacture this box themselves.

Cutting speed example: plate: 0.7 mm = about 11,4 M/min. By 55 amp power source
Plate: 4-6 mm = about 2,7 M/min. By 55 amp power source

(heavier plate up to 15 mm can be cut with a 100 amp.

Ht 08309900 powermax 1000-60amp - 3 x 400 v - 50 hz. Powerunit capacity max ca 8-10 mm thickness special developed plasma power source obtaining highest quality cuts in connection with cybertron computer control.

Cutting medium: Compressed air.
The unit is supplied with a special filter and a starter kit with nozzles, electrodes, swirl rings etc.
