- High production and very versatile machine to coin, press, blank, draw, fit bushes, etc. It can be used with manual or automatic feeding.
- Four columns structure designed with finite elements method, highly dimensioned and with high rigidity; the movable ram sliding on the four columns of the press, automatically lubricated, is guarantee of the high degree of precision during the pressing.
- Hundredth of millimetre adjustment of the working position, pressure control through proportional valve, high power backward force of the piston. Pumps and cooling located on the lower oil tank for easy inspection. Quick response hydraulic plant gives high reliability and high productivity.
- Provided with sophisticated control systems, the machine is supplied with numeric control to set the working programs. It is possible to memorize your programs and set different pressure levels (with timer) in every working cycle.
- The machine is provided with all the safety devices, two-hands device, halogen lamp, antivibrations feet, reset, emergency stop and very low noisy pumps, and can be provided with photocells, automatic feeder/charger, upper and lower extractor with hydraulic cushion.
- Personalized options and special modifications can be applied upon specific request.
