Inflatable Packer

  Air-Pack packer are easy to use in injection cement, betonite for ground consolidattion and permeability and injection testing and many more. Specific inflatable rubber to be able to expand more than twice of its original size.  (price based on exwork)

  The inflation line is connected to the packer easily via inflation adapter situated on the steel end fittings of the rubber sleeve

  Do not move the packer after it is inflated in the bore hole as this may cause the sleeve to rupture. For safety reasons, when testing the packer outside bore hole, it should be restrained inside a steel tube with sealed ends and with an internal diameter no larger than the maximum diameter of the packer at full inflation.

  Inflatable packers should be lowered into bore hole with the fixed, bracketed end of the sleeve uppermost.

  The innermost layer of the sleeve consists of a tough rubber with very low permeability to air or gas.
