Magnetic Drill Machine

A Magnetic base-drilling machine based on the latest technology has been developed by Prabhat Machine Tools. It requires only single-phase 220 V power supply. Till today, for making this size heavier hole, a 1000 kg weight radial drill machine was required with minimum 3 HP, 440 V, 3-phase power consumption. It is ideal for heavy steel construction and big jobs like drilling. Drill motor with safety overload clutch system is used. Two pole electro magnetic bases are provided for quick and perfect clamping on all jobs; also an electro magnetic base with 1950 kgf holding power for big job drilling is offered, eliminating need of shifting jobs. The magnetic base is epoxy sealed waterproof.
