device, feeding device, tightening device and the belt reel adjusting device are separately made up of the equal-load linear rolling guideway, ball screw, flexible coupler, clutch, motor,
etc. The equal-load linear rolling guideway has large resistance to the stalling torque, the flexible coupler and the preload ball screw realize no clearance driving. The cutter blade is a
