All CONTROLS ON APRON are ergonomically placed to ensure reduced operator fatigue.

Slides and carriage are well proportional and move easily and gently.

The cross slide screw rod, induction hardened and ground, is mounted on needle roller bearings providing great accuracy and durability.

The bed is built from special casting, strongly ribbed giving the machine great rigidity. Bed ways are hardened and ground with high precision. Hardness : 400-450 Brinell.

The well balanced main spindle duly proportioned and of high rigidity, is mounted on highly accurate, Machine Tool Quality taper roller bearings.

The Universal Feed Gearbox enables a wide range of threads and feeds without having to perform any change of gears in the machines quadrant plate.

The apron casting is completely enclosed. A safety device prevents the threads and feed mechanisms acting simultaneously.
