Pillar Drill Machine

Features of our Pillar Drilling Machines Rigid machine structure for vibration free machining. Machine base is reinforced by ribs, for extra rigidity & stability. Pillar bracket is made in octagonal shape which acts like rib giving more rigidity. Spindle all the machines have six spline and supported through taper roller bearings to withstand thrust load. Drive to the spindle is through six splined sleeve inside in all machines & outside also in models R40AA, R40G & P40AA. The RAM is made from special alloy steel pipe of more thickness. Precision parts are made of EN-8 steel.
