TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

TLA8000 drill lathe remains in accordance with all European safety norms, and therefore conforms with CE certificate. Both design and production stages are under rigorous control, what in connection with the components of the highest quality, ensures reliability and stability of the machine throughout many years. 

The machine is equipped with SIEMENS Sinumeric 840D control, what enables  unlimited configurations, in accordance with the latest trends in machining processes. 

The base of the machine is a plate-bed, with T-slots and toothed bar that allows adjustment of the main headstock. On the opposite side of the machine there is an additional bed for the tool headstock. Both beds are based on a modern, welded construction, filled with a polymeric concrete, what increases weight and rigidity of the machine.

Drilllathe TLA 8000 is technologically advanced special machinetool,designed for trepanning in solid material and boring holes with STS system tools, with working capacity of 500mm diameter and 8000mm length. The concept of trepanning brings a great increase of productivity and therefore positively influences the profit. Moreover, the discard obtained during drilling process, ready for further machining shaft with the diameter of trepanning head hole, provides additional savings.
