With vacuum system to faster steaming and cooling, improve productivity and ensure even density of outer and inner block. 3. Door of mold moves horizontally, steady and safe, and it? more effective to avoid mold closing seam, no leakage occurs. 4. Soldered with excellent profile steel, though heating process to improve sturdiness, machine can bear high expansion force 5. The surface of mold cavity is painted with Teflon, which easies block demoulding and beatifies surface of blocks. 6. Electronic weighing scale is equipped on block exit line for automatically weighing post-mold blocks. Exit line is optional. We costum make machine according to customer? requirement.
