Purpose:
Used to label the vertical cylinder container filled or empty. It is fit for nearly all kinds of vertical cylinder container as long as the diameter of the container and the height of the label will be provided. This kind machine can be widely used on food industry, medical and chemical industry, paint and dope industry,etc.For example: insecticide, air freshener, automatic paints, swollen glue, leather polish and so on.
Components:
Japanese OMRON Computer Automatic Control System (Chinese and English Operator Interface), RTM servo electromotor, AirTAC Pneumatic components, BANNER Detection of color components.
Process:
The bottle enter the machine with the automatic system cut off labels -- paint glue--fix position--stick--compress-- shrink the top and the bottom of the label.This process is the automatic and with 15 pieces alarm systems.
Labeling Quality:
When cut the entire pattern, the label will not be deformed. The paint glue on beginning and the ending parts distributed in the form of net, which can save thermosol by 50%, and with the label inaccuracy 0.05mm.The top and he bottom edges of the label stick stably on the container. The appearance of the label is no bubble, no mismatch, no leaking glue and no opening.
