Heat Cutting Machine

A)range: Special designed for the heat sealing & cutting bags making production of PP laminated woven fabric, tubular woven fabric, krafts/PP laminated fabric & canvas.
Solved some below problems in daily woven bags cutting production,
1)tubular fabric drawbenched in cold cutting, adhibited in heating cutting, low cutting speed,
2)laminated fabric cannot be processed with non-laminated fabric in one machine.
Production process as follows:
Rolled woven fabric unwinding, traction, sensor detecting & tracking, heat cutting, auto mouth open processing & stacking
B)characteristics:
A)with 03 inverter controller in traction & fabric storing unit, electric cutting unit & conveying unit, synchronizing controlled with the servo motor, archiving more stable running, accurate cutting length & high cutting speed.
B)making bags with heat sealed cutting technique, auto mouth open in one bags edge & sealed in another edge (good for bag sewing).
C)pneumatic fabric loading, driving by servo motor, accurate bag cutting & labor saving.
