ALINE TP-30 PRODUCTION TUBE SEALERS

 The ALINE Model TP-30 Pneumatically-operated Plastic Tube Sealer is adaptable from the smallest to the largest size tubes. The 30? seal length allows for the production sealing of up to 25 tubes (1/2? dia.) per cycle. The average cycle speed is approx. 2 per minute. The seal width is 1/8?, 3/16? or 1/4? user specified, larger seal widths available at extra cost.

All controls are solid state to assure accurate control of seal heat, seal time and cool time to allow sealing of various materials and tube thicknesses. The integral air pressure regulator allows precise control of jaw pressure. Feed-thru design allows removal of the sealed tubes from either end. The seal bars are easily height adjustable for various size tubes

Two custom-made tube racks are included with your order, along with detailed operating instructions, sealing tips and a spare parts kit. Standard voltage is 110VAC with a 220VAC option. Compressed air is required
