For customers requiring to change between ESCAL? type sealing and Polyester, Conservation By Design Limited offer a special CRISS # CROSS Universal Power Unit (SEIW0002) which has been adapted to support either the normal 9.5mm weld heads and the 1.5mm Polyester weld heads. If you are to be welding both types of material, this CRISS # CROSS Universal Power Unit represents a good investment.Other specifications and sizes are available to special order. We have demonstration models of both types of machine in our showroom. CRISS # CROSS UNIVERSAL POWER UNIT

The CRISS # CROSS Remote Sealer works in exactly the same way as the CRISS # CROSS Table Top Sealer but has the added convenience of separating the Power Unit and the Weld Jaws. The jaws are held together with a Mole Grip type clamping system and a button is operated on the jaws to provide the weld when ready. Being an impulse welder, the jaws stay quite cool when used and only become warm after long periods of continuous use. The CRISS # CROSS Remote Sealer is supplied in a modular form, you may add any of the three weld jaws to a single Power Unit. If you will only be welding ESCAL? and similar laminated material, the standard Power Unit (SEIWPU0001) will handle all three weld jaw sizes fitted with 9.5mm elements. |
