It is an integrated practical laboratory simulationof miniature bottling plant. Containers / bottles are dispensed onto the belt conveyor. The conveyor senses the bottles and carries themto the
linear conveyor system, which transports each bottle to the2 axes, Pick and Place module. The transfer unit places the bottleon the rotary indexing table. The rotary module indexes the
bottlethrough volumetric filling and capping modules. At the end, the rotarytransfer module transfers the bottle to the weighing module. Afterweighing, XY palletizing module palletizes the
containers. As an option,the system can be equipped with a colour sensor and a second fillingunit and capping unit for two types of material filling (example Cola(black) and Orange
