     Our machine have complete safety guard around entire rotating turret for safety. All access doors are safety interlocks.

     Construction of frame and all visible components/assemblies are made of SUS304.

     Unit include Non-Powered section of conveyor, 3-1/4 wide with proper dead plate transfer assembly, deliver conveyor chain and heavy duty guide rails

Automatic controls include No bottle-No cap system.

Unit includes one complete set of cap and container handling change parts with machine

Container handling can to accommodate plastic, metal, and galss containers with diameter range of 30mm to 100mm and Height range of 70mm to 370mm tall with the proper tooling and No machine modifications. Container handling can to accommodate a standard Glass 700ml wine bottle at speeds of 240 containers per minute.

Cap orientor/feeder with 1/4HP motor that can accommodate various styles of closures including flip top, sports cap, hinge top, continuous thread and lug style from 12mm to 85mm in diameter with the proper tooling and no machine modifications.
