BHP Engineers now has full technology and capability to manufacture and supply complete packing plant systems from cement silo feeding to cement dispatches. As with any other branch of the cement
industry, bagging and bag dispatch technology is continuously developing and now the focus is on reduction of equipment and operation costs, increased capacity per installation, improvement of
working conditions and cleanliness. Keeping above factors in mind BHP offers you a fully automatically operated cement packing plant. Two options are available for cement dispatch:Direct loading of
cement bags on to trucks. On open trucks this can be done fully automatically at a continuous capacity of 130 tph for 50 kg bags, and supervised by just one operator, provided the automatic truck
loader is suitable for remote control operation. For example, a 30 MT truck being loaded in just 13-14 minutes.Indirect loading, i.e. producing stacks of bags by means of an automatic palletiser,
and storing them in intermediate warehouse for later retrieval and loading on to trucksComputerized cement dispatch systemA decrease of the waiting time as well as a flexible but stable loading
pattern are elementswhich are valued in the choice of a cement supplier. The Cement Dispatch System (CDS)is a modular computer system enabling computer control of cement dispatch operations. The
factory equipments and the server stations exchange data through an Ethernet (Decnet) 10 MB local area network. The CDS stores all dispatch operations in a file on the SQL server. This file can be
transferred to the administrative computer system through the Ethernet connection.
