Description Precision Laminator is a semi-automatic system for laminating a diagnostic membrane, absorbent pad and sample pad to a plastic card which is then used for diagnostic test kits. The system includes an automatic cutting system which minimizes operator handling and increases productivity and decreases contamination occurrences. Characteristics Membrane roll is applied to the main system directly. Therefore, it eliminates contamination and excess labor. The machine automatically reads both ends of plastic card, which is fed in, and then it can minimize membrane and plastic card loss. The automatic gluing process eliminates gluing mistakes and defects. The machine can accept a wide variety of membrane and plastic card sizes. High performance of the machine maximizes productivity and quality.
