AUTOMATIC TIN CAN FILLING MACHINE

When started the liquid item in the tank poured through the nozzles into the cans on scales placed by the operator slowly in the beginning and then rapidly by a pump or flowing freely. Filling process is completed when the preset amount is obtained (e.g. 5-10-18kg). Lids are placed over the filled cans by the staff before they come to the closing unit where cans are closed by the closing press with effective pneumatic stroke. Filling ports and lid closing are adjusted according to the size of can.
