Vertical packaging machine

Vertical mechanic form fill and seal 3 sides sealing packaging machine mod. DYNAMIC 3 LS, able to create 3 sides sealed pillow-style bags. Sturdy and silent, it is particularly suitable for packing alimentary products with modified atmosphere (by adding gas into the bags).
Thanks to the new simultaneous pulling and sealing system, this machine can reach a production speed of 110 bags per minute, ensuring the utmost holding seal (hermetic seal, thanks to the adoption of the "Long Seal" - longtime sealing-system).
The machine frame and all parts in contact with the product are AISI 304 stainless steel made. Some parts are realised in anodised aluminium presenting a high structural resistance. This packaging machine is able to work with any king of thermo-sealing material, such as polypropylene, cellophane, simple and complex laminates.
One round forming tube is provided in the first equipment, for the automatic production of a three sides sealed pillow style bag with central longitudinal sealing.
The bag length is easily adjustable and managed by a mechanic correction system in direct reading, or it is checked by photo electric cell (optional).
The control and the electrical panel are integrated in one only cabinet with cable connector, in order to allow the complete change in case of malfunction in five minutes only.
DYNAMIC 3 LS is foreseen to be automatically synchronised with single-or multi-cup dosers, auger dosers, linear weighers with vibrated channels, multi-head weighers, counter-pieces and belts loading systems for various products
