The product holding roller is driven by Geared motor, make PANASONIC.
Label roll of 300 Diameter can be installed.
Break assembly to avoid variation.
About 10 programs can be set in the PLC for various products.
It consists of fibre optic based label gap sensor & product sensor.
Any type of coder can be attached
Height can be easily adjusted as per the products
All pneumatic components are of FESTO make.
User friendly and very less maintenance required.
The machine can be utilized for various sizes (Diameter) of bottles.
No change parts required for different bottles (Range 15 to 90mm Dia).
Can be operated by semi-skilled operator.
Easy to operate by foot mounted switch
Rigid vibration free construction for trouble free performance.
The whole structure is made of SS304.
The unit is made compact & versatile as per GMP norms.
SALIENT FEATURES:
The wrapping roller presses the label uniformly & the product is then taken out manually.
Simultaneously, the label is dispensed from the dispenser unit on the product after some delay time which can be set through PLC.
As soon as the foot switch is operated, the cylinder gets actuated & presses the wrapping roller on the product, which holds & keeps the product rotating.
The operator places the bottle manually on the specially designed roller stand.
First of all the operator fixes the label roll on the label roll holding disc & is guided by the guide rolls.
