General Description

• Rotary servo-driven continuous motion machine
• State-of-the-art color touch screen operator interface - capable of accepting recipes for products of different sizes and shapes
• Accepts continuous roll of pre-perforated, packaged strips up to 30" (76cm) in diameter and up to 5" (127mm) wide.
• Capable of bursting batches as narrow as .75" (19mm) and as wide as 5" (127mm) 
• Transfers preset number of strips up to 50 layers (total of 3") onward for manual or automatic packaging
• Integrated reject system disposes of unacceptable pre-marked products
• Programmed to work independently or in conjunction with several other feeders for Autopack assortment packing

Speed

• Continuous speeds of up to 175 ft/min (50 meters/minute) of packaging material
• Up to 60 batch 'dumps' per minute
