Liner Machine

The machine pulls a liner through the cutting and inserting mechanism which cut out liner in particular diameter or form and this cutting out form of liner inserts into cap. It has double pulling system, outlet conveyor, introduction of caps on input conveyor with the eliminator of wrong putting caps. The used up foil is possible to wind up on coil or to cut it in pieces. All functions of machine are under control of sensors and rudder-control unit. In the case of changes the operator is automatically warned by the machine with sound and light signals and all originated changes are written out on the display.
