Photocell sensor control for completely automatic machine operation, including conveyor back-up control. All DC motor drives with scr controls. Clutch protection with overload diagnostics. AC inverted drive. Omron cqm1 programmable controller. Machine is fully wired with all necessary electrical controls for operation on 220 volts 50 hz,1 phase. Unscrambler requires minimal use of compressed air. Zero access/noise reduction enclosure. Less than 75 db rating. Steel-it painted steel cabinet with interlocked access doors and clear panels for visibility. Minor pocket adjustment and no tool container changeover capability. On board diagnostics and circuit breaker overload protection. Programming and password protected. All adjustments accessed through operator interface terminal
