ZSGJ-B Automatic Bi-head Filling Machine(filling machine,packing machine)

This equipment is specially used for the automatic bottle filling of creamy and liquid
materials. It uses compressed air as the power and relies upon an air-path
combination to finish bottle-stopping, nozzle lowering, filling, nozzle lifting
etc. links. It is set with an electric capacity regulator to have variation of
filling dozen more easily, with a secure device to get automatic stop in case the
nozzle is resisted when lowering so as not to damage the bottle and make sure
of safe production and with a rotary-disk type bottle arranging machine to carry
out the fully-auto filling of liquid and cream. This equipment features a reasonably
designed system, stable running, accurate filling, low fault rate, without
noise during running, a counting function, the stainless steel and PTFE made parts
contacting with materials, acid, alkali and high temperature withstand and is
really an ideal equipment for the automatic production in the daily chemistry,
food, pharmacy etc. trades.
