-The appearance is neat, the surface is lacquered, its colorful and bright, the basic color is dark sea blue (depends on different requests of the customers), the color matching reasonable. The removable parts and safety guards use alertness color or alert sign (removable parts use red and black oblique stripes, safety guards use yellow and black oblique stripes).

-The safety guard can stop the machine and alarm when there is something wrong with the machine.

-The protection board in the in feed part (the thickness no is less than2mm)and the protection fence holding base (diameter of the supporting pole:14mm) are made of stainless steel 304.

-The safety protection net, operation table, repairing table and its support pole are dipped with heat zincum.

-The structure is simple and easy to maintain.  There is a sealed glue and a ventilation device on the gate of the control cabinet.  There are multi alarm lights which can indicate different problems (problems which need to reset, problems which can auto reset, running indication).  The programmer is reasonable with problem indication function.  The machine stops when the pallet is askew, falls down or falls apart.

-There is a case counter on the conveyor chain lane, the palletizer can adjust the speed basing on the counted figure.
