Each unit also can do microoperation dividually base the tension of the     material. And it can automatically piecing up the fabric in the high speed production    process4) Expanding and feeding system: this system is combined by 4 groups of expanding     rollers. Each unit can adjust the position and the angle of the rollers dividually base     the course of the material to ensure the material can enter the hot calender part     smoothly and accurately5) Hot calender part: this part uses the heat conducting oil recircle system for the hot     calender roller. The maximum temperature can reach 250o. It is suit     for the lamination techniques of all kinds of materials. The hot calender roller makes     horniness alloy so that it won't distort and have a long service life6) Cooling and trimming station part: the cooling system uses the stainless steel     distance sleeve cooling roller. The trimming station part uses the air knives. The     slitter edge callback system uses the vortex pump.7) Automatic rewinding part: the rewinding part uses the tension feeding back and     automatic control system. It can do transection, rolls changing and piecing up the     fabric automatically while in the high speed production process base the set     parameter8) The machine can be used for production of sanitary materials, package materials,     filtrate materials, SMS, garment interlining and so on
