WE will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide

c. Long-term service:

During this guarantee period, WE will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, WE will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months since B/L date.

In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. WE will be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.

a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:

6.      The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa formalities, airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of salary per day for each technician.

5.      Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customers factory.

4.      Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines involved in washing line.

3.      WE will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;

1.      After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to us. All expenses generated will be paid by customer. Customer can also consign us to finish inspection work.

Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work

WE can offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, water scheme, electrical diagram and user manual after the contract is executed.

Our PET bailing strap production line could use the crushed PET bottles (such as cola bottles)as raw material,thus the cost of raw material could be sharply reduced and the profit could be 50% higher to use virgin PET.

The PET baling strap production line is a newly developed production line by our company. During the reasearch period,we have made long time production production practics and learnt from both domestic and abroad machines .This equipment adopts the frequency conversion motor as the power source .The machanical transmission has the features of the precise and stable transmission,saving energy and low noise with the soft connection is applied
