Introduction

    A packing machine specially designed for both powder and grain materials on a same packing scale; steel platform type frame ensures stable and solid structure. precise weighting, simple operation, stable running and complete functions; widely used trades like feeds, food, metallurgy, medicine, petrochemical industry, non-metal mine, fine chemical industry, inorganic salt, rubber and plastic, leather and fertilizer.

Main functions

     Finish packing control process automatically, display weighed value, packing steps and fault alarm and perform engineering interlock  automatically.

     Functions: automatically memorize, resume (copies) and debug parameters.

     Automatically memorize control parameters of ten different packing weight and accumulative output, number of bags of current shift and total output and numbers of bags for each packing weight.

     Large and small belt-convection feeding mode to improve packing accuracy and speed.   Bright LED display shows packing weight, accumulative output and number of bags in two lines. 

     In addition it is fitted with adjustable automatic-dehulling cycle, patting, password-protected keyboard, password-protected data and clock functions. 

     Built-in standard RS232 and RS485 can be connected to computer and mini-printer.  Connecting instrument and computer generates reports of production data.
