The NEW Blackmore Label Dispenser

Please note: although a universal design has been attempted, the machine may not apply all types of labels in all circumstances or work on all pots or containers. In such cases the machine still makes it make it much easier to apply labels, as quickly removing the labels from the tape is often half the problem.

Blackmore developed this machine to facilitate application of custom bar codes to customers plastic trays at the end of thermoforming lines at our plastic tray manufacturing plants. It is now being made available for use in the greenhouse.

Simple, rugged construction ensures that the machine will stand up to high volume use in less than ideal environments. Just turn the machine on; the electric eye controls the feeding of the label tape.

As the operator pulls the labels off the tape, the tape advances automatically and waits for the next sticker to be removed. Large, wide dispensing and take up drives permit the machine to handle a wide variety of label sizes. Rate is a label per second.
