Lid Press Machinery

To be integrated with 14.4" wide straight-running, table top chain conveyor.

Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.

Each press is fitted with a Container Anti-Tip Mechanism to stop the containers tipping as they exit the Lid Press. *()

The rollers have 1/4 inch thick steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings.

32 x 1 diameter steel rollers mounted along a 3 foot press zone gradually press the lids firmly into place by declining each roller along the press path.

Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment for different height pails.
