ZSpaster-xl Pasting Machine designed by ZESAR through implementation of new technological advances, is capable to make pasting for all kinds of automotive size batteries. With this machine,
paste consumption is pulled down to much optimum level and much homogenous and tight pasting is insured. As a whole, model ZSpaster-xl means much production, less per unit labor cost and
quality.
ZSpaster-xl thanks to its easy connect and large feeding magazine, provides better and much productive use of labor. Through this user friendly feeder, more grid can be stacked and faster
grid transfer from feeder to main machine is accomplished.
All necessary functions have corresponding buttons on the operator panel and they are designed so as to work in synchronization with main machine.
ZESAR ZSpaster-xl Pasting Machine hopper is designed to produce necessary quality paste required by machine operation. Grid feeding roll at the entrance of the hopper insures safe grid
transfer into the hopper bottom even during fast operation. Hopper paddles are designed so that appropriate paste and required conditions within the hopper are achieved.
Bed plates manufactured according to the customer specifications provide much accurate and consistent pasting.
Trowel roller at the exit of the hopper enables user, while machine is running, making paste weight and homogeneity adjustment much easier. Hopper bottom is made of stainless steel. Hopper
is driven by a separate reducer motor of which electronic driver makes hopper cycle to be adjusted easier. Hopper is connected to a pneumatic cylinder which safely lifts and lowers the
hopper.
Pasting belt drive is done by a separate reducer motor which has also own separate electronic driver for better operational adjustment. Seamless pasting belt is used in pasting machine.
Additionally, belt tensioning, roller belt squeezing roller and belt scraperare equipped in the machine, which are working pneumatically. Central greasing system are provided separately for
the hopper and the main machine. Finishing rolls and plate transfer unit are designed to insure safe plate transfer to oven. Machine has emergency stop bar enabling user immediately
intervening the machine operation. Machine is equipped with all necessary guards providing safe operation. Machine has separate electric control box, consisting all electric controls.
