PP-R pipe plant/making machine

PP-R pipe plant/making machine is mainly used for the extrusion of PP-R, PEX or PE-RT pipes. PP-R pipes are non-toxic, and heat-resistant, which can be easily welded by hot-melting and the scraps can be recycled. PEX pipes features very excellent temperature-resistant. PE-RT pipe does not need the cross-link process, and it can also be recycled.

This line consists of high efficient extruder, high torque gearbox, new-styled slotted barrel and LTM high efficient screw with the feature of high output and low melting temperature. By this line you can manufacture PP-R, PP-B pipes at high speed. Products produced by this line have been approved by the State Chemical Test Center of China and also meet the ISO DIS15874-22-98 standard. The PE-PT and PEX pipes are up to Germany DIN 16892/3 standard. This line is assembled with an lattice style or spiral head die. Two section vacuum calibration unit and spray water cooling bath. After simply changing the head die, it also becomes possible to produce ABS, PP composite pipe.
