PE pipe extrusion line

This extrusion line is suitable for producing all kinds of PE/PPR pipes of water supply, draining or industry cable pipe. The main machine of this extrusion line is the Single-screw extruder. The accessorial machines are Vacuum Forming Bath, Traction machine, Cutter and product Stacker. According to different sizes of pipes, there are different designs of Traction machine in two, three, four, six, eight, ten and twelve pedrails respectively. There are two designs of Cutter in Saw sutting and planetary cutting with PLC control. KEBELN also provide special machines for producing spiral pipe, hollow pipe and foam-core pipe in PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX by exchanging suitable extruders and accessorial machines.
