1993 - In line pre wiring process : vacuum
In line production of pre wired corrugated pipe, (electrical wires, antenna cables, computer cables)
The wires cross the die head, the corrugator to receive its corrugated duct.
1994 - Clamping system inside corrugator : vacuum
It crushs the pipe inside the corrugator through a clamping device providing the whished shape on it. It permits also to perform an in line cut or an in line pre cut.
1996 - In line pre assembled sheathing : vacuum
In line production of pre assembled sheathing corrugated pipe (smooth pipe, PEX pipe)
The smooth pipe cross the die head, the corrugator to receive its corrugated duct.
1996 - High production speed : vacuum
40m/min with 150 pairs de mould blocks for ?20 - 60gr/m
1997 - Sequential running mode, thickness control : vacuum
Adjusting the mould blocks speed through defined sequences, permits to adjust the thickness of the corrugated pipe according diameter variation. The process is controlled by a PLC with management
of production records. It became essential for the production of fuel line pipe in automotive industry.
2000 -Corrugator type EC260V : vacuum
End of the production range, OD250mm single and double wall.
2000 -In line double wall socketing : vacuum
Insertion in a mould blocks chain of a socket mould block to produce a male and a female socket for a quick connection of two pipes.
