1. Using thermal oil circulation for barrel cooling as to keep temperature from fluctuations. This stabilizes the quality and the output of finished products during the mixing process, it also enables gearbox to operate under high torque and high capacity.
2. Screw and barrel are made of acm-2 material with heat and nitride treatment, each finishing procedures are carefully controlled; it is therefore fabricated with special characteristics of high resistance to acid and abrasion.
3. Degasification device can eliminate moisture and vapor generated by resins during the extrusion process.
4. Using scr contactless switch control system, and pid system for temperature control.
5. Dies are made of steel alloy, suj2 and mirror steel with special characteristics of anti-acid and anti-abrasion.
