Hollow size: OD 228-306mm, WT 17.5-50mm, Length 3600-11000mm

Billet size: Dia. 210-270mm, Length 1600-4800mm

6. Its universal shaft of main drive can be exchanged with that of dia.460 piercer, the equipment can reach larger output.

5. Outlet roller diameter becoming larger, its same changing between axial speed and metal flow speed helps metal deforming with less defects, good quality and large output.

4. Guide frame locking tight, applying double locking of side wedge locking and upper press locking, which raises the rigidity with better pass close and easy rolling.

3. There are two guide shoes on guide frame with 180? layout, when in normal operation, one guide shoe be changed. Turn out the guide shoe which needs to be changed and at the same time turn in the other side guide shoe. In this way it can realize guide shoe online change and improve production efficiency.
