Forming & sizing mill

Forming & sizing mill is the main mill of the whole pipe production line. Composed of forming roll stands, guide roll stand, squeezing roll stand, bur scrapers, sizing roll stands, and rough straightening roll stands, forming process is to roll the strip into pipe shape, high-frequency welder is to weld the pipe edges under the guide of guide rolls, and almost immediately squeezing rolls squeeze pipe edges together, the outer bur scrapers scrape clearly pipe outer burrs, the sizing process guarantees perfect precision of pipe sizes, and finally rough straightener(s) is(are) to longitudinally straighten the pipe.
