With this PE pipe extrusion line, you can extrude high quality large diameter water supply and gas supply pipes. The pipes produced by our line have excellent stiffness and flexibility, resistance to creep deformation, excellent heart-linkage. Large diameter HDPE pipes start to play very important role in the city water and gas supply systems.

This line is used for extrusion of PP-R, PE pipes are non-toxic, heat resistant. It can be easily welded b not melting method and recyclable. PE pipes have excellent temperature resistance character.

This line consists of high efficient extruder, high torque gearbox, new type slotted barrel, high efficient screw and features high output, low melting temperature. This line can produce PP-R, PP-B pipe with high speed. Two section vacuum calibration unit and spraying cooling bath. After simply changing the mould, it also becomes possible to produce ABS, PP composite pipe.
