The slitting line is designed to shear rolled metal sheets of large width and thickness into sub-strips of desired width along the longitudinal direction and roll them into coils with a coiling machine.

Cold forming section steel production line is used to produce all kinds of open cold forming sectional steel like guard fence plates of freeway ,U-shaped steel ,C-shaped steel ,etc. Our company can design and produce sectional steel mills according to customes requirements .

The spiral welded pipe production line is designed to manufacture spiral welded pipes ,either from the same size of the steel strips to different diameters of pipes or from different widths of steel strips to the seam diameter of pipes . As the key equipment of the line ,the forming mill is used to roll metal strips continously into spiral tube blanks ,applying the theory of three-roll plate bending machine ,and then weld them into spiral pipe through one-side welding ,both-side welding or high frequency welding .

The strainless steel pipe welding line is designed to roll different sizes of stainless steel strips continously into straight-seam tube blanks through rollers and weld the tube blanks into straight-seam steel pipe by argonarc welding .

The production line can be classified into four categories ,which are  API standard high-grade oil casing pipe & oil / gas transmission pipe mill (brand new  F.F pass craftswork ),straight-seam welded pipe production lines to produce pipes of small diameter but big wall thickness ,and plain liquid pipe making mill.
