Application: Because of the pipe's low weight, good soundproof and low production cost,this kind of pipe is widely used in drainage system.UPVC pipe line can produce large diamter UPVC pipes, which can be used for water supply or water drainage. Properties & Advantages: Three-layer co-extrusion technology is used in this production line. The line consists of two conical twin-screw extruders, composite extrusion die, negative pressure calibration and cooling system, hauling-off and cutting machine etc. Hauling-off unit uses two caterpillar belts. The lower one is fixed and upper one can be adjusted according to the pipe diameter. The maximun diamter UPVC pipe line can make is 630mm. The main extruder can be SJZ series conical twin extruder. The haul off machine has two-claw, three-claw, four-claw,six-claw type. The cutting machine can be saw type or planetary type. We also supply the PVC pipe tooling/mould.
