This machine is composed of motor, reducer, transmission device, charge chamber, helical charger, screen plate, cover, control system, machine bracket, etc.
Mix the powder material, excipient, moist bond evenly, to make loose or lumpish soft material. Upon push action of the screw feeder, the material flows into extruding chamber, then passes screen plate through extrusion by extruder, finally forms compact cylindrical extrudants of various lengths.
