Barrel heating power (kw) SJSZ series of conical twin-screw extruders are provided with features of agglomeration, reliable quality, high productivity, wide application range, long service life and so on. It is equipped with the suitable mould and downstream auxiliary machine. You can directly produce plastic pipes, plates, profiles and so on from PVC powder. It has two kinds of electric control system: normal control and microcomputer control. Also, it has two kinds of drive system: direct-current speed control and frequency conversion speed control. It also equip with the over-load protection and stoppage alarm system. The screws core and the outside of barrels are cooled by the circulation of oil, and the functions include vacuum venting and forced feeding.
