Equipped with coat hanger flat die and a pneumatic shaping mould,this line has a more stable shaping process and more easily adjustable thickness control.Using rubber hualing roller matched with the waveform of sheets,it provides more smooth traction.Its automatic angular cutting ensure the cutting section tidy.The newly designed PVCcore forming plastic waving roof,added new improvement to the previous single-layer PVC waving roofing,which produce the roofing more economically.This line has better performance,higher quality,and more compact structure,in addition,changing part equipments,it can produce PC,PVC translucent roofing sheet,with transmittance up to 85%.
