Our new equipment can plate and produce engraved cylinders as large as 42" od x 177" length, with weights up to 14,000 LBS (7 tons) .

We can also produce lenticular engraved cylinders for extruding lenticular lens array patterns from 1 to 1000 lines per inch pitch (lpi) ; used for imaging of 3D and animated lenticular printing on direct mail, cups, cartons, labels, advertising and store retail displays.

JacoTech can copper or nickel/alloy plate and diamond turn/mill/flycut-engrave extrusion, casting/embossing cylinders for non-imaging optical uses, such as LCD, plasma, prismastic, faux, saw tooth patterns and much more for optical light management systems.

JacoTech can plate and diamond turn-engrave prismatic patterns into extrusion / casting / embossing cylinders for sheet & rolls.
